Assam Salmon
Yesterday, I suddenly felt like want to eat fish for my dinner. So, I decided to try new recipe invented by myself. I steamed the salmon steak with assam paste and herbs. It taste quite ok together with rice. Previously, I also tried to steam the salmon steak with oyster sauce and herbs. It was quite ok.

Ya, I used to steam Salmon steak at here. Salmon is the cheapest fish here, so, I have ate Salmon almost for the last winter and spring. :)

will assam spoilt the salmon taste or not? usually assam is cooked with those cheap fish... ;p
