Rice Wine Chicken with Mixed Vegetables.....

I am trying to cook rice wine chicken today. I used rice wine and salts to marinate the chicken first before boiled it. It is better to get the fresh chicken. I think 'ayam kampung' will taste even better. Normal rice wine is better than 'Shao Hsing'. The aroma of 'Shao Hsing' is too strong and will cover the taste of the chicken.
